Volga-Dnepr Technics in Leipzig completes first A-Check on a Boeing 737 CL



Volga-Dnepr Technics GmbH (VDT GmbH), a representative of Volga-Dnepr Technics in Europe, has performed its first A-check on a Boeing 737 CL aircraft owned and operated by Cargo Air, a private Bulgarian charter airline, at its hangar facilities in Leipzig/Halle airport.

All necessary scope of work was accomplished by VDT GmbH in direct coordination with representatives from Cargo Air, who personally witnessed the hangar capabilities and service quality and expressed their satisfaction with a job well done.

At the end of 2013, VDT GmbH extended its EASA Part-145 certificate approval to include A-Check services on Boeing 737-300/400/500 and Boeing 747-8F, B-747-400 (PW-4000) type aircraft. The company’s Rating C14 was also expanded to cover wheel and brake repair shop activities on a variety of Boeing 747 aircraft models.
